What do these terms say in short?

Metastarter is an editorial publication about blockchain technology, published by KARAHAN KREATİF İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ in İstanbul, Türkiye.
Metastarter sells nothing to its readers, holds nothing on anyone’s behalf and gives no advice of any kind.
Articles are general explanations, accurate as at the date printed on them rather than perpetually.
The site links only to its own pages and carries one clearly labelled sponsor placement per page.
Correspondence is read at one electronic mail address; the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply.

Who are these terms between?

The terms on this page are an agreement between the reader of Metastarter and KARAHAN KREATİF İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, a company registered in İstanbul, Türkiye, which publishes Metastarter at metastarter.org. The terms describe the basis on which the site is published and made available to read. They do not create an account, a subscription or any obligation to pay, and the site records no act of acceptance because it offers none.

What is Metastarter, and what is it not?

Metastarter is an editorial publication of general explanatory articles about blockchain technology, written and edited by Melda Karahan for KARAHAN KREATİF İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. The articles describe how certain technical arrangements work and what the words used around them mean.

Metastarter is none of the following things, and the descriptions below are given so that the distinction is unambiguous.

An exchange: An exchange matches buyers and sellers of assets. Metastarter matches nobody and executes nothing.
A custodian: A custodian holds assets or keys belonging to other people. Metastarter holds nothing on anyone’s behalf.
A broker or an adviser: A broker acts on instructions and an adviser assesses a person’s circumstances. Metastarter does neither and takes no instructions.
A consultancy: A consultancy is engaged by a client to produce work for that client. Metastarter has no clients and accepts no engagements.
A software distributor: A software distributor supplies programs to users. Metastarter distributes no software and hosts no files of that kind.
An assistance channel: An assistance channel resolves problems with a product on behalf of the company that made it. Metastarter operates on behalf of no other company.

Nothing published on Metastarter is an offer, an inducement, a solicitation or a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of anything. The site sells no product and no service to its readers.

Does anything published here amount to advice?

No article on Metastarter is financial, legal or tax advice, no article is a professional security assessment of any reader’s circumstances, devices or holdings, and no article should be treated as guidance on whether a reader ought to acquire, hold or dispose of any digital asset. The articles are general explanations only.

A general explanation cannot take account of a reader’s circumstances, because the publisher does not know them. Circumstances that would matter to a qualified professional include a person’s obligations, the rules that apply where that person lives, and matters that are private to that person and never disclosed to Metastarter.

A reader who needs advice about a particular situation is better served by a professional qualified in the reader’s own jurisdiction, who can be told the full facts and who is accountable for the opinion given. Articles published here are not a substitute for that.

Decisions taken after reading Metastarter are the reader’s own decisions. The publisher does not know what a reader decided and has no part in it.

How accurate is an article, and when is it corrected?

Every article on Metastarter is written carefully, checked before publication and corrected when an error is found. Correction is silent for a spelling slip and noted by a revision date when the substance of a passage changes.

Blockchain technology and the practices around it change. An article is accurate as at the date printed on it, not perpetually, and an older article may describe an arrangement that has since been altered.

Is Metastarter connected to the organisations it writes about?

Metastarter is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any company, product, brand, network, protocol or public body named in an article. Names appear descriptively, to identify what an article is about.

All trademarks, trade names and product names belong to their respective owners. Use of a name on Metastarter is editorial use and implies no association in either direction.

Why does Metastarter link only to its own pages?

Metastarter carries no outbound links at all, so every link to a web page leads to another page of Metastarter and the only other links are electronic mail addresses belonging to the publisher. The rule is simple to state and simple to check, and it means the site never sends a reader onward to a destination the publisher cannot vouch for.

A consequence worth stating plainly Any message, page, profile or advertisement anywhere else that presents itself as Metastarter and asks a reader for credentials, recovery information, or a payment in connection with anything published here did not come from the publisher. Metastarter asks readers for none of those things, on this site or anywhere else.

How does sponsorship work on this site?

One sponsor placement may appear on a page, sold directly by the publisher and labelled as a sponsor placement where it sits. A sponsor has no influence over what an article says, over which subjects are covered, or over when a correction is made.

The presence of a sponsor is not an endorsement of that sponsor by Metastarter, and it is not an endorsement of Metastarter by that sponsor. Responsibility for a sponsor’s own offering, and for the accuracy of what a sponsor says about it, rests with that sponsor.

Who owns the text, and how may it be reused?

The text, the layout, the typography and the visual identity of Metastarter are owned by KARAHAN KREATİF İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, except for names and marks belonging to third parties. Copyright is asserted for 2026.

Short passages may be quoted with attribution to Metastarter, in the ordinary way that a publication is quoted. Systematic copying, republication of whole articles, translation for republication and automated bulk extraction of the site for republication are not permitted.

What use of the site is not acceptable?

Attempting to interfere with the operation or the security arrangements of Metastarter is not acceptable use.
Attempting to reach any part of the site, or any system behind it, that is not published openly is not acceptable use.
Automated activity at a rate that degrades availability for other readers is not acceptable use.
Presenting material taken from Metastarter as though it originated elsewhere is not acceptable use.

Is the site always available?

Metastarter is provided as it stands and as it is available, with no assurance of uninterrupted availability. Hosting arrangements, maintenance and matters outside the publisher’s control can interrupt access without notice.

Articles may be revised, replaced or withdrawn, and the site as a whole may be changed or withdrawn. No reader acquires a right to the continued availability of any particular page.

What is the publisher liable for?

Liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the Republic of Türkiye is not excluded or limited by these terms. Nothing written on this page restricts a right that the law does not permit to be restricted.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, KARAHAN KREATİF İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is not liable for a decision taken by a reader on the basis of general information published on Metastarter, nor for loss said to follow from such a decision. The information is general by design and cannot be fitted to an individual situation by the reader alone.

KARAHAN KREATİF İÇERİK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ is also not liable for the conduct of any third party, including any person who copies material from Metastarter or presents themselves as connected to it, and is not liable for interruptions to availability described above.

Which law applies, and which courts have jurisdiction?

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye govern these terms and any dispute arising from them or from the use of Metastarter. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction, except where a mandatory rule of law gives a different court or body jurisdiction.

A reader who is a consumer resident outside Türkiye keeps any mandatory rights available under the law of the country of residence, where that law provides rights which cannot be set aside by agreement. The paragraph above operates subject to those rights.

If a provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

How can the publisher be reached, and how do these terms change?

Correspondence about Metastarter, including corrections, permission enquiries and questions about these terms, is read at contact@metastarter.org. Electronic mail is the only channel of its kind on the site.

Metastarter operates no contact form, no telephone line for reader enquiries and no live chat. The registered telephone number identifies the company rather than offering a channel for questions about published articles, and no message from the publisher will ever ask a reader for credentials or recovery information, or for payment in connection with anything published here.

These terms may be amended when the site changes or when the law requires it. An amended version replaces the previous one from the date shown on the page, and the version shown on the page is the version that describes how the site is currently published.
